Indiana Real Estate License
In order to qualify for your real estate license in Indiana you must be at least 18 years of age or order and have successfully completed 54 hours of educational courses or have successfully completed courses in principles, practices and real estate law totaling 8 full semester hours from an approved school. You must then receive a passing score on the state examination. Fees for the license are $35.
As a salesperson you are required to renew your license by December 31st every other year by completing 16 hours of continuing education courses. The renewal fees are $35.
Indiana Real Estate Broker
The difference in receiving your broker license vs. a salesperson license is you need to be a salesperson for 1 full year before taking your broker test. You will need to complete 45 hours of course work and pass the state exam. The exam fee is $60. You also must not have a conviction for a crime that has a direct bearing on your ability to practice competently.

Application Fee for Licensure as a Real Estate Broker: $60.00
