The Art Institute Online is a division of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, which is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).
The Art Institute of Pittsburgh is authorized by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to award Bachelor of Science and Associate of Science degrees. Established in 1921, The Art Institute of Pittsburgh specializes in career preparation in the visual and practical arts and has graduated more than 30,000 students.
Many students receive some form of financial aid to assist them in financing their education. The Art Institute Online provides "financial planning" for its students. This means that we can provide a payment plan that will allow you to budget for your program, one academic year at a time. Our goal in Student Financial Services is to make your payments as affordable for you as possible. Let your Assistant Director of Admissions (ADA) know that you are interested in applying for aid, so that he/she can set up an appointment for you to talk to the school's Admissions Coordinator and/or Student Financial Services Department.
