There are military and vocational rehabilitation programs available. The military’s active duty Tuition Assistance benefit covers 100% of the cost for most of the programs available at Allied. When you enroll at Allied using your Tuition Assistance benefits, your spouse can enroll in career training at no charge. If you are an injured worker, disabled individual, disabled veteran due to a service-related injury, or on unemployment, you might also be eligible for career training. We work together with you to help you start your post-military career or re-enter the workforce fast!

California Real Estate Appraisal License Renewal
Quick and easy license renewal for real estate appraisers. The National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NAREA) endorses Allied as their sole provider for correspondence education. Allied is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC). Allied is California's only accredited real estate school.

California Real Estate Broker License
A career as a California Real Estate Broker has high income potential.  If you desire, you will have the credentials to run your own real estate office. Other opportunities include employment within national franchises, banks, lenders, or government agencies. Because the real estate market is so strong right now, this is an especially smart career choice!  Courses are available on-line or through traditional correspondence. All of Allied's Broker Qualification courses have been reviewed and approved by the D.R.E.! Allied's courses are designed specifically for home study.

California Real Estate Broker License Renewal
First time offered anywhere! Take the online 4-year renewal course and pay after you complete the course. If you don't complete the course, you don't pay, no questions asked. This program allows you to try the course before you buy it. If you don't like the course, simply stop taking it. Within minutes you can be reading the first chapter. All existing licensees (salesperson and broker - excluding first time salesperson renewal) must complete the full 45 hours of continuing education for license renewal. By law, from the date of course enrollment, the minimum amount of time required before course completion is 5 days. Allied offers the following which satisfy all DRE requirements: Real Estate Agency, Real Estate Ethics, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, Protect Yourself and Your Clients, Financing Options to Increase Sales. Pass or Don't Pay is not valid on 18 month conditional license requirement courses.

California Real Estate License
All of our Real Estate License Programs are specifically designed to help you obtain your California real estate license in the quickest possible time allowed by the state of California. Texas Real Estate License

Take up to one full year to complete the Texas Real Estate Pre-Licensing course then prepare for the state exam using Allied's comprehensive exam preparation. The course is 100% online. This package not only satisfies your 120-hour pre-licensing requirement, but more importantly prepares you to pass the Texas State Exam. This online course includes Texas Real Estate Principles I, Texas Real Estate Principles II, Texas Law of Agency, and Texas Real Estate Contracts.
