Organizational Leadership students strive toward their career goals while enhancing the organizations and communities they serve. This degree is designed for the student whose professional goal is a generalist leadership position in corporate, government, not-for-profit, or community organizations. This master program consists of 36 semesters credits.
RN to MSN
Nurses know that a Master of Science in Nursing can open up new career opportunities. Experienced registered nurses with an associate's degree in nursing (ADN) now have the opportunity to earn this advanced degree through Gonzaga University's online RN to MSN program.
The bridge program is designed to prepare students for graduate-level work and to succeed in fulfilling the demands and responsibilities of advanced and specialized roles in nursing. Students will study major research methods, pathophysiology and pharmacology, and systemic approaches to improving healthcare. Leadership topics are also integrated into the curriculum to develop students' professional skills.
Gonzaga's online RN to MSN program offers two areas of specialization, allowing for a wide variety of professional goals and interests:

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is not required.
