The NEC MSNPL program is composed of 36 credits. Students take two courses back-to-back each semester. Each course lasts for approximately seven weeks. You will deepen your understanding of every facet of nonprofit management by mastering essential skills such as strategic fundraising, dynamics of nonprofit fund raising, organizational management and leadership financial management, managerial economics of the service sector, human rights management and creating quality work environments.
Master of Science in Educational Leadership
New England College (NEC) announces the launch of the Master of Science in Educational Leadership (MSEL) program in an online format. NEC has developed a program in educational leadership that offers valuable lessons in the psychology of learning communities, the dynamics of curriculum, instruction, education reform, and the methods of evaluation and assessment.
As directed by the nation's ongoing goal to improve the quality of instruction and student success in schools, the MSEL will arm you with the education and experience needed to satisfy your passion for educational reform, and allow you to witness how your contribution aids in your school's development into an institution based on student success.
After completing the core curriculum, which consists of courses in the K-12 area, you may choose to pursue either the principal or superintendent strand. In the principal strand, you will revitalize your personal vision of leadership, refine leadership skills and further develop your management style. In the superintendent strand, the MSEL will help aspiring leaders obtain the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors required of effective school leadership.

Tuition Assistance
The tuition fee consists of the following components:

Students may be eligible for a range of loans available specifically for graduate study and are encouraged to apply.
