Schiller International University Associate's of Science in International Business will train you to enter a broad range of careers in business or to continue on to your Bachelor's degree in business studies. Schiller's students are prepared by taking courses in English, Economics, Science and Mathematics, Foreign Language, and Business Administration.

Students who complete this two-year program earn an Associate of Science degree in international business from Schiller International and will go on to prepare for a broad range of careers in business or to continue their business studies. The degree of Associate of Science is conferred upon students who have satisfactorily completed Schiller's general requirements and their required core courses.

The Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary studies at Schiller International University allows students to choose a major in Interdisciplinary studies to suit their particular needs and interests. Students can develop an interdisciplinary study major after completing their freshman year. The advising faculty member must have knowledge in at least one of the subject areas involved in the selected program of study. The faculty member and the student prepare a tentative outline of courses to submit to the Academics Committee for authorization. If the course is approved, it is placed in the student's permanent file.

Many graduate institutions oblige a standard program of undergraduate study with a declared departmental major. Students who plan to continue their studies beyond the undergraduate level are therefore advised to choose a specific major associated to their graduate field rather than a major in interdepartmental studies.

Schiller's Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Planning includes five online courses in conjunction with Kaplan University. These courses are part of Kaplan's Certificate in Financial Planning program which includes five designated and successfully completed Kaplan courses (15 credits) will be accepted in transfer. Schiller International University student's Students will take the remaining Master of Business Administration courses (ten courses, 30 credits) from Schiller. Students who complete this program will have an MBA degree with a concentration in Financial Planning from Schiller International University as well as the designation "Registered Financial Consultant" (RFC) upon completion of the Kaplan portion of the program. With this impressive combination of credentials, students will have an edge when applying for positions in the financial services industry.

Students must apply separately to Kaplan.

The Master of Business Administration in Management of Information Technology at Schiller International University program is designed to meet the emerging market demand for IT management professionals. Students must complete a total of 15 courses, including seven Master of Business Administration core courses, two elective courses, and six IT courses. Schiller's MBA program with a concentration in Management of Information Technology may be completed in two semesters and one summer session.

The Master of Business Administration in Management of Information Technology at Schiller International University program is designed to meet the emerging market demand for IT management professionals. Students must complete a total of 15 courses, including seven Master of Business Administration core courses, two elective courses, and six IT courses. Schiller's MBA program with a concentration in Management of Information Technology may be completed in two semesters and one summer session.

Schiller International University's Master of International Management program has been designed to train students who have already fulfilled a course of study in a non-business field specifically for positions in international management. This unique degree is not the traditional MBA it is a 36 credit program that covers an assortment of topics in business administration and economics. This program qualifies students for a broad range of careers in business administration, public relations and development. There are no GMAT requirements with this degree.

The MIM program has been designed to prepare students who have already completed a course of study in a non-business field specifically for positions in international management. The course work spans a variety of topics relating to business administration including management, marketing, accounting, communications, business law, and economics. Upon successful completion of the program students will have the solid basis of knowledge which will qualify them to enter managerial positions in a broad range of careers in international business.

Schiller International University's Master of Business Administration in International Hotel and Tour Management is ideal for students and professionals who want to pursue careers in the fields of business, hotel/restaurant management, tourism or related areas. Schiller's MBA in International Hotel and Tour Management is unique to other schools due to the flexibility that is offered to Schiller's students. This degree offers students the opportunity to take classes online or take classes somewhere in many of Schiller's conveniently located campuses worldwide.

The MBA in International Business at Schiller International University concentrates on the more detailed aspects of international marketing, management, finance and economics. The 45-semester-credit program leading to the MBA degree in International Business may be completed during two semesters and one summer session on a full-time basis, or in a minimum of two years on a part-time basis if students have undergraduate business studies.
