Programs Offered:
Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management
Designed to foster career and educational advancement, the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management program provides working adults with knowledge and skills pertaining to management, organizational behavior, and human resources for the purpose of promoting managerial effectiveness and the enhancement of human performance in organizations. It is a flexible degree that builds upon prior learning and experience. In order to be admitted to the program, therefore, adults will typically be employed in a full-time position and will have substantial work experience involving supervision, program development, specialized training, considerable responsibility and/or independent judgment.
Master of Business Administration
The St. Joseph's 36-credit Executive Master of Business Administration (E.M.B.A.) program develops the managerial abilities associated with superior management performance and provides students opportunities to apply theoretical and quantitative knowledge to real world organizational issues. Each course supports ethical behavior and social responsibility.
This online program offers the same educational benefits as those available to students attending classes on campus. Students have the support of faculty, staff and academic advisers. The online E.M.B.A. is a viable option to those students who cannot attend classes on campus. It allows students to successfully balance their educational needs with their personal and professional responsibilities.
